2. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Late Cancellation/No-Show Fee: A fee may be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment or for no-shows.

4. Payments

Refund Policy: Payments for completed treatments are non-refundable. However, prepaid packages for unused sessions may be refunded or adjusted based on management discretion.
